Common Trust Capital transitions companies to employee ownership over time, using Employee Ownership Trusts (“EOTs”). As a proven ownership model used by leading companies, EOTs are similar to family trusts, but are set up for the economic benefit of employees. In our transactions, we provide capital to companies that enable the EOT to purchase an equity stake from current shareholders.
